Head of Team USA Relations & Sports

Location: Remote in Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

As Head of Team USA Relations & Sports, you will lead the relationship-building, partnership management, and strategic execution between FAM ENTERPRISES and Team USA athletes, staff, and leadership. This includes overseeing our Athlete Brand Ambassador Program, building key partnerships, and managing athlete branding, merchandising, NIL deals, and content creation operations.

You will serve as the bridge between our agency and the Olympic movement — helping empower athletes and bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all communications and relations with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and related organizations.
  • Oversee the rollout of the Team USA Partnership Plan, including merchandising, content licensing, and athlete engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and former Team USA athletes, agents, and reps.
  • Manage and grow the FAM ATHLETES Brand Ambassador Program for Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
  • Coordinate with FAM marketing, content, legal, and merchandise teams to support athlete initiatives.
  • Represent FAM at events, summits, and activations in the Olympic space.
  • Support athlete onboarding, NIL deal structuring, brand building, and campaign execution.
  • Scout and recruit new athletes to join FAM’s platform.
  • Collaborate on press, public relations, and storytelling efforts involving Team USA.
Qualifications:
  • Must have existing relationships with Team USA, Olympic athletes, coaches, staff, agents, or key decision-makers within the Olympic & Paralympic ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in sports management, athlete branding, NIL marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Olympic movement, athlete development, and national governing bodies (NGBs).
  • Demonstrated experience working with elite athletes, brand sponsors, and strategic partners.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
  • Visionary and entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for empowering athletes.
  • Based in or able to travel frequently to Colorado Springs, CO, the heart of the Olympic movement in the U.S.
  • Preferred: Former athletes, sports executives, or individuals who currently own a sports-related business or agency.
SALARY: $250K to $450K+
