We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sports, Athlete & NIL Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in selling our sports products on our online store, creating marketing strategies to drive sales, and expanding our social media presence to increase brand awareness and fan engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports marketing, a passion for athlete empowerment, and the ability to think creatively to generate new marketing opportunities that drive revenue.
As the Sports, Athlete & NIL Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our products and athlete partnerships. You’ll work closely with our athletes, creative team, and social media managers to develop content that resonates with fans and customers while optimizing sales channels and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Product Promotion & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to sell sports products from our online store. Create engaging content, run promotions, and collaborate with influencers and athletes to drive sales and product awareness.
Social Media Growth: Help grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and developing campaigns that increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Athlete Branding & NIL Campaigns: Work with athletes to develop and promote their personal brands through NIL marketing. Create strategies for sponsored content, product promotions, and endorsement opportunities that align with both the athlete’s image and FAM ENTERPRISES’ brand.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, brands, and influencers. Identify opportunities for collaborations, product endorsements, and partnerships that can drive revenue and visibility for our products and services.
Campaign Management: Oversee and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet performance objectives.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) for online stores, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and athlete endorsements.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product sales. Regularly report on key metrics (sales, website traffic, social media performance) and suggest improvements based on performance insights.
Brand Strategy: Assist in refining and executing FAM ENTERPRISES’ overall brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and strong message across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sports Marketing team, creative professionals, and other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing campaigns and the achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, athlete branding, or digital marketing. Experience working with NIL deals, sponsorships, and product promotions is a plus.
Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
Athlete Engagement: A passion for working with athletes and helping them build their personal brands through creative and effective marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Strong understanding of content creation for social media, including photography, videography, and graphic design. Experience using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software is a plus.
Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them to grow brand presence, engage followers, and drive sales.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with athletes, brands, and internal teams.
Sales Acumen: Ability to drive sales through creative campaigns and promotions. Experience with e-commerce platforms, sales funnels, and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to track performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Proactive & Creative: A self-starter with a creative mindset, capable of thinking outside the box and adapting quickly to new trends and opportunities in the sports and marketing world.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
