President of Canadians Sports

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as the President of Canadian Sports. Ideally, this individual will be a former or current athlete, team owner, or executive with extensive knowledge of Canada’s sports landscape. In this role, you will spearhead partnerships with sports leagues, teams, schools, and athletes, positioning FAM ENTERPRISES as a leading presence in Canadian sports.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media & Branding:
    Manage and grow the department’s social media presence, increasing visibility and engagement. Collaborate with  Athletes to create compelling content that enhances their personal brands and increases their social media following.
  • Mentorship & Athlete Support:
    Schedule and lead virtual meetings with athletes to provide guidance, mentorship, and support. Help athletes grow their personal brands and secure NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals to maximize their opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Marketing:
    Design and create graphic content to boost athlete and team engagement across social platforms. Organize and manage photo shoots and marketing initiatives for athletes to improve their visibility.
  • Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teams, leagues, and athletes to foster growth and collaboration. Represent the International Sports department at key events, competitions, and conferences.
  • Talent Development & Management:
    Oversee all Sports-related activities, including talent identification, training programs, and team development. Lead recruitment efforts for players, coaches, and staff to enhance the department’s success.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve player development, training techniques, and performance. Work closely with other departments to align the Sports program with the company’s overall goals.
  • Fundraising & Sponsorship:
    Drive fundraising and sponsorship efforts to support the sustainability and growth of the international Sports program. Help raise capital every year for our International Sports Projects by working with investors.
Qualifications:
  • Industry Expertise: Former or current athlete, owner, or executive with significant experience in the Canadian sports industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with sports leagues, teams, and schools.
  • Network: Strong connections within the Canadian sports ecosystem, including athletes, teams, and industry stakeholders.

Sports Lawyer

Location: Remote in Canada

As a Sports Lawyer will manage all legal aspects related to NIL regulations, sponsorship agreements, athlete representation, and sports-related contracts. This role will ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws while supporting athletes and organizations in maximizing their NIL opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports law, contract negotiation, and NIL compliance, with a passion for protecting and advocating for athletes’ rights.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent athletes and sports organizations in contract negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and NIL-related partnerships.
  • Advocate for athletes’ rights and ensure all agreements align with their best interests.
  • Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and institutional NIL regulations.

As the Sports, Athlete & NIL Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our products and athlete partnerships. You’ll work closely with our athletes, creative team, and social media managers to develop content that resonates with fans and customers while optimizing sales channels and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Promotion & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to sell sports products from our online store. Create engaging content, run promotions, and collaborate with influencers and athletes to drive sales and product awareness.
  • Social Media Growth: Help grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and developing campaigns that increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).

Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, athlete branding, or digital marketing. Experience working with NIL deals, sponsorships, and product promotions is a plus.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Athlete Engagement: A passion for working with athletes and helping them build their personal brands through creative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Strong understanding of content creation for social media, including photography, videography, and graphic design. Experience using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software is a plus.
