My name is Marquaruis Pearson, and I am committed to establishing a new U.S. Government Department—the Department of Entertainment & Sports (D.O.E.S). This department will serve as the backbone for protecting and advancing athletes, entertainers, media professionals, and industry workers across the United States!!

Mission Statement

  • Establish Sports, Athlete & NIL Management programs for contract negotiations, branding, and endorsements.

  • Create Sports, Athlete & NIL Marketing initiatives to ensure fair sponsorship and media opportunities.

  • Expand industry support for celebrities, actors, models, and music artists through marketing and management divisions.

  • Assist entertainers in securing contracts, gigs, brand deals, and long-term career opportunities.

3. Support for Media Professionals
  • Assist journalists, reporters, film crews, photographers, and screenwriters with career advancement, contract negotiations, and intellectual property protection.

  • Provide legal protection against AI misuse, copyright infringement, and unethical content reproduction.

  • Advocate for fair labor rights and create training and networking opportunities for freelance and independent media professionals.

4. Housing & Relocation Assistance
