    We are introducing baseball and softball camps and teams for athletes of all ages and skill levels. These programs will focus on skill development, teamwork, and leadership, providing professional coaching, mentorship, and competitive opportunities. From youth to adults, our camps and teams will help athletes grow both on and off the field.

President of Baseball

Location: Indianapolis, Colorado Springs or Michigan

The President of Baseball will lead the growth and management of the Baseball Department, focusing on expanding the sport’s reach and supporting athletes at all levels. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with players, teams, leagues, brands, and organizations while building pathways for athlete success both on and off the field. The President will also oversee the development of the Baseball brand and online store to enhance visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to grow the Baseball Department, focusing on athlete development, program expansion, and marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and foster community engagement to elevate the sport and its athletes.
  • Athlete Branding & NIL Deals: Support players in building their personal brands, securing NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals, and expanding their professional opportunities.
  • Player Training & Development: Oversee initiatives to enhance athlete performance, leadership skills, and career growth.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute camps, showcases, tournaments, and promotional events to highlight talent and promote the Baseball brand.
  • Recruitment & Relationship Building: Identify and recruit top players, coaches, and staff while cultivating relationships with teams, leagues, and organizations.
  • Fundraising & Sponsorships: Lead efforts to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and funding to support departmental growth and initiatives.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with Major League Baseball (MLB), Minor League Baseball, collegiate leagues, and youth organizations to create opportunities and expand the sport’s impact.
  • Community Outreach & Youth Development: Implement programs to grow baseball at the grassroots level, ensuring accessibility and inspiring the next generation of players.
  • Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for equitable access and opportunities within the baseball community to ensure representation across all demographics.
  • Athlete Well-being: Collaborate with experts to provide resources for athletes’ mental, emotional, and physical health.
  • Media Relations & PR Strategy: Oversee public relations efforts, media campaigns, and promotional activities to elevate the sport and its athletes.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics to monitor athlete performance and program effectiveness, driving informed decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to NIL agreements, contracts, and baseball league regulations.
  • Alumni Network Development: Create and maintain an alumni network to provide mentorship, networking opportunities, and ongoing involvement in baseball-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Baseball or Sports Leadership Experience: Must be a former or current baseball player, sports executive, or owner of a sports organization.
  • Established Industry Relationships: Proven connections with MLB, Minor Leagues, collegiate leagues, and other key decision-makers in the baseball industry.
  • Leadership & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, secure partnerships, and drive both athlete and organizational success.
  • Passion for Baseball & Athlete Development: A deep commitment to fostering growth and opportunities for athletes at all levels.
  • Extensive Sports Management Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in sports program management, event execution, and strategic planning.
  • Strong NIL Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of NIL opportunities and athlete branding, with a history of successfully managing player partnerships.
  • Creative Vision: An innovative approach to building the Baseball brand and addressing challenges within the sport.
  • Fundraising Expertise: Proven success in securing sponsorships, funding, and partnerships to support growth initiatives.
  • Global Perspective: Experience in international baseball operations, cross-border partnerships, or global expansion is highly desirable.

President of Softball

Location: Remote in the USA

As the President of Softball you will be Responsible for leading the growth and management of the Softball department. This individual will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening relationships with athletes, brands, schools, and sports organizations, ensuring the sport of Softball flourishes across all levels. Additionally, they will oversee the creation and expansion of the Softball brand and online store, driving visibility, engagement, and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media & Content Management: Enhance the department’s visibility and engagement by managing social media, creating brand-building content, and fostering player engagement.
  • Player Branding & NIL Deals: Assist athletes in growing their personal brands, securing NIL deals, and expanding their professional networks.
  • Training & Development: Oversee the development of player skills, on-court performance, and career growth opportunities.
  • Event Management: Organize promotional events, photo shoots, and partnerships to increase player visibility and promote the Softball brand.
  • Recruitment & Relationship Building: Identify and recruit top Softball talent, coaches, and staff. Build relationships with schools, leagues, and organizations to expand the sport’s reach.
  • Fundraising & Sponsorships: Lead efforts to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and fundraising to support the department’s growth. 
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with international Softball organizations, sports agencies, and key sponsors to increase visibility and create additional revenue streams.
  • Create and Oversee Player Development Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive player development programs, including skill-building camps, leadership training, and career development initiatives.
  • Manage Sponsorship & Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that highlight Softball athletes, teams, and events, and drive revenue through brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for and implement programs that promote diversity, inclusion, and equity within the Softball community, ensuring opportunities for athletes from all backgrounds.
  • Coordinate International Softball Competitions: Plan, organize, and manage international Softball tournaments and events that elevate the sport’s global profile.
  • Oversee Athlete Mental Health & Well-being: Collaborate with mental health professionals to create programs that address the emotional, psychological, and social needs of athletes, helping them maintain balance and well-being.
  • Lead Media Relations & PR Strategy: Manage media relationships, press releases, and public relations efforts to increase exposure for the Softball department, players, and events.
  • Implement Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use data analytics to assess player performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and optimize training and development programs.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Stay current with national and international sports regulations, ensuring the Softball program remains compliant with industry standards, including NIL agreements, player contracts, and sponsorship guidelines.
  • Build an Athlete Alumni Network: Establish and maintain an alumni network for past players, providing ongoing support, networking opportunities, and involvement in promotional and community initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in the USA and be willing to travel nationwide as needed.
  • Extensive experience in the sports industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in Softball or Sports Leadership: Must be a former or current Softball player, sports executive, or owner of a sports company with a deep understanding of the sport and its ecosystem.
  • Established Industry Relationships: Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with sports unions, leagues, governing bodies, key decision-makers, and other industry influencers.
  • Proven Negotiation & Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals and lead teams effectively, driving both organizational and athlete success.
  • Passion for Supporting Athletes: A genuine passion for sports and a strong commitment to supporting athletes in achieving their personal and professional goals.
  • Extensive Sports Management Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in sports management, including overseeing teams, programs, and strategic initiatives within the sports industry.
  • Strong Knowledge of NIL Opportunities: Expertise in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape, with a proven ability to help athletes navigate NIL deals and maximize their branding and earning potential.
  • Outstanding Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategic goals, and communicate effectively with athletes, teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Track Record of Managing Partnerships: Extensive experience in building and managing partnerships with sports leagues, teams, brands, and sponsors to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
