Location: Princeton, New Jersey

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all Ivy League athletic departments, coaches, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to help Ivy League athletes grow their personal brands and secure NIL deals.
  • Promote and represent Ivy League athletics within the broader sports and marketing industry.
  • Work closely with athletic programs to align initiatives and ensure athletes are supported in maximizing their potential through NIL.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content creation, and social media teams to help athletes grow their online presence and followings.
  • Serve as a liaison between Ivy League athletes, schools, and brands, facilitating partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Attend Ivy League events, athletic competitions, and meetings to strengthen relationships and represent the company.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of programming that helps student-athletes build and grow their professional brands.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team dedicated to growing the Ivy League Sports division.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sports management, athletics administration, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Ivy League athletic programs and culture, with established relationships in the Ivy League.
  • Strong network of contacts within the sports industry, including brands, sponsors, and NIL agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing athlete brands or partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Ivy League schools, athletic events, and meetings.
